A delicious and easy recipe for Air Fryer Steak with Garlic Butter, perfect for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ribeye steak (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the steak is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try marinating the steak in your favorite marinade for a few hours before cooking.
- You can also experiment with different herbs, like parsley or oregano, to customize the garlic butter.
