Description

Baked Cream Cheese Wonton Cups are a delicious and easy appetizer made with creamy filling and crispy wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Lightly brush a muffin tin with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  4. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, allowing the edges to hang over the sides.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
  • To make it a bit healthier, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
