Baked Cream Cheese Wonton Cups are a delicious and easy appetizer made with creamy filling and crispy wonton wrappers.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Lightly brush a muffin tin with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, allowing the edges to hang over the sides.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each wonton cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
- To make it a bit healthier, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
