Beef and Cheese Roll-Ups are a delightful and easy recipe that combines ground beef and cheese into a delicious rolled dish, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a handful of the beef mixture and shape it into a flat rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Roll the rectangle tightly from one end to the other to form a log. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Place the rolled beef logs seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option while keeping the flavors intact.
