- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Take a handful of the beef mixture and shape it into a flat rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Roll the rectangle tightly from one end to the other to form a log. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Place the rolled beef logs seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

- For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
