Description

Crab Crunchies are delightful seafood bites made with lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, and a blend of seasonings, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Ritz crackers until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish or onto a lined baking sheet, forming small mounds or patties.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
