- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Ritz crackers until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish or onto a lined baking sheet, forming small mounds or patties.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

- For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
