Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
