- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and milk. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a loaf. Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the top of each meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try mixing in some chopped spinach or sun-dried tomatoes into the meat mixture.
- You can also substitute ground turkey for the chicken for a different taste.
