Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Honey Garlic Kielbasa Stir-Fry that combines sweet and savory flavors with colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the stir-fry.
- For a lower-carb option, substitute the honey with a sugar-free sweetener and serve over cauliflower rice.
