- 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey or chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir until well mixed and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the glaze over them. Toss gently to coat the meatballs evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, increase the honey to 1/3 cup.
- For a spicier kick, add more sriracha or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture.
