A refreshing drink made with dragonfruit and mango juice, perfect for quenching your thirst.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dragonfruit, diced (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup mango juice (100% juice)
- 1/4 cup green tea (brewed and cooled)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Lime wedges for garnish (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
- In a blender, combine the diced dragonfruit and mango juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, mix the cooled green tea, blended dragonfruit and mango mixture, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the refresher over the ice.
- Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half of the water with sparkling water for added fizz.
- Experiment with different fruit juices like pineapple or passionfruit for a unique twist on the flavor.
