- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh herbs (such as mint or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl.
- Gently fold in the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds, reserving a few for garnish.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with the reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
