- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass.
- Spoon the pumpkin cream mixture over the cold brew coffee, allowing it to float on top.
- Stir gently to combine before drinking, or leave it layered for a beautiful presentation.
- Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of additional pumpkin pie spice on top for extra flavor.
