- 1 pie crust (9-inch, store-bought or homemade)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
