  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Whisk until well blended.
