  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Once the steak is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak before slicing and serving.
