Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using high-quality loose flowers or a tea bag. Heat water to a gentle boil, then steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Peel and slice the large ripe banana into chunks.
