- Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using high-quality loose flowers or a tea bag. Heat water to a gentle boil, then steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Peel and slice the large ripe banana into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and your choice of milk. Add ice cubes if desired. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth.
