  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to create a uniform coating. Toss in the chicken pieces until well coated.
  2. Heat around ½ inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces in a single layer and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Adjust heat level if desired.
