- In a clean jar or mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of espresso powder, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
- Pour in 1 cup of oat milk into the jar with the dry ingredients. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, until the brown sugar dissolves.
- Add 1 cup of old fashioned oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Replace the lid and shake for another 30 seconds.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, ideally overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, stir the mixture and add more brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.
