Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour in the chow mein noodles and ensure they are evenly spread out.
  3. Melt the white chocolate over low heat using a double boiler.
  4. Mix in half of the mini marshmallows once the white chocolate is melted.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow mixture over the chow mein noodles and fold gently.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into haystack forms.
  7. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring until fully melted.
  8. Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over each cookie, followed by maple syrup and chocolate syrup.
  9. Add remaining mini marshmallows, M&Ms, and Pop Tart pieces over the cookies while the chocolate is still warm.
  10. Allow the cookies to sit at room temperature until the chocolate firms up.
