- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in the chow mein noodles and ensure they are evenly spread out.
- Melt the white chocolate over low heat using a double boiler.
- Mix in half of the mini marshmallows once the white chocolate is melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow mixture over the chow mein noodles and fold gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into haystack forms.
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring until fully melted.
- Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over each cookie, followed by maple syrup and chocolate syrup.
- Add remaining mini marshmallows, M&Ms, and Pop Tart pieces over the cookies while the chocolate is still warm.
- Allow the cookies to sit at room temperature until the chocolate firms up.
