Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs to help them brown.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
For extra flavor, toss the cooked meatballs in additional buffalo sauce before serving.
Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
