Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges to create a pocket.
Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
