If using fresh cauliflower, steam the florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. If using frozen, microwave according to package instructions until heated through.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the cooked chicken and steamed cauliflower to the bowl. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
