In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and chopped green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Pour the egg mixture into the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and golden brown on top.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
