Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Cut the French bread in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom. Hollow out the inside of each half, leaving about a 1-inch border.
Drizzle the inside of each bread half with olive oil.
Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture evenly into each half of the bread.
Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing into pieces.
