Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of noodles, and cook according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the noodles, and rinse under cold water to chill.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes. Whisk vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until well blended and smooth.
  3. Transfer the chilled noodles into a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and gently toss until every strand is evenly coated.
  4. Toss in any additional vegetables or proteins you like, mixing gently until they are well distributed.
  5. To finish, plate your Cold Sesame Noodles in shallow bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped scallions on top. Serve immediately, enjoying cold.
