Preparation Steps
  1. Slice open the ripe avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if desired. Blend again to incorporate.
  4. Spoon the mixture into bowls or jars, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Stir the pudding before serving and top with whipped coconut cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries.
