If using, stir in the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño for added flavor and heat.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning and refrigerate until ready to serve.
