Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture, folding gently until just combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 to 8 mounds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is golden brown and set.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
