Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form small balls.
Roll each ball in the crushed crackers, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the crab balls for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
