Method
- In a blender, combine the avocado, frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
