- Finely chop the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and carrots. If using canned corn, drain thoroughly. Place chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry ranch mix. Whisk until smooth.
- Add sweet corn and cheddar cheese (or plant-based cheese) to the vegetable mix. Pour the dressing over and gently fold until well combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
