Step-by-Step Instructions
- Clean the crab under cold running water. Remove debris, bring a large pot of water to boil, add turmeric and salt, then boil crabs for 3-4 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Chop half of the garlic pods and blend the remaining into a paste.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped garlic and garlic paste, stirring for about 2 minutes until golden.
- Stir in black pepper, salt, dried parsley, and garlic powder, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the boiled crab pieces and green chilies to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the mixture.
- Pour in the fresh cream and chicken stock, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, uncover and taste the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside garlic bread or rice.

Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality crab and adjust spiciness and salt to taste. Cream alternatives can lighten the dish.
