Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked penne pasta and chopped spinach to the skillet, tossing to combine and heat through.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
