  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 slices bacon crispy and chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste

  • 30 pieces Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter melted

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. Fold in cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, and green onions.
  3. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a bowl, then sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the topping is golden brown. Optionally cover with foil if over-browning.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
