Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium jar or bowl, whisk together 1 cup of non-dairy milk, 2 tablespoons of pistachio butter, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully blended.
  2. Next, add in 1 cup of quick oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the mixture. Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to soak overnight for at least 4 hours.
  4. The next morning, remove the jar from the refrigerator and give the oats a gentle stir. Adjust the consistency with a splash of non-dairy milk if needed.
