Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In the greased baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced garlic.
  3. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over the feta, tomatoes, and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the prepared dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes are tender and feta is golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning until smooth.
  6. Once the feta and tomatoes have roasted, gently stir them into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold the creamy mixture back into the baking dish with the roasted tomatoes and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
