Directions
  1. Brush a cast iron skillet generously with olive oil and place a small oven-safe bowl in the center for the creamy White Pizza Dip.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces, roll them into tight balls, and toss in olive oil before arranging around the bowl.
  3. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, and milk in a bowl, adding basil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
