Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Blanch fresh broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blanched broccoli, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1 to 2-inch balls with damp hands.
  4. Coat each popper in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the basket and arrange poppers in a single layer, spraying tops with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden-brown.
