Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Carefully remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
