Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen fish sticks
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  4. Once the fish sticks are done, assemble the tacos by placing 2-3 fish sticks on each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
  6. Drizzle the zesty sauce over the top of each taco.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy fish stick tacos!
