Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Sauté sliced onions in melted butter until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs until fluffy, then mix in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Fold in sautéed onions, crumbled bacon, and chives.
  5. Pour egg mixture into baked hash brown crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until set.
