- Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and egg in a bowl.

- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture gently.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and reserve some for topping if desired.
