Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes and spray the basket with olive oil.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and veins.
  3. Place the halved jalapeños in the air fryer basket and air fry for about 4 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded Colby Jack cheese until creamy.
  5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy cheese mixture, adding more Colby Jack cheese and bacon if desired.
  6. Return the stuffed jalapeños to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow the poppers to cool for a minute before serving, optionally with dipping sauces or lime juice.
