  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For grilling.
Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Can substitute with coconut yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh is best.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into oval kofta, about the size of your palm, making 10-12 pieces. Place on a tray.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (200°C/400°F) and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Place the shaped kofta on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the plain yogurt with fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt until smooth.
  6. Serve the grilled kofta on a plate, drizzled with the garlic yogurt sauce or on the side.
