Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes and dust with cornstarch. Heat oil in a pan and crisp the tofu for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the glaze by combining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic in the same pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Coat the crispy tofu with the glaze, gently tossing for 2-3 minutes.
