- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice green grapes in half and peel and dice the kiwi. Dice apples while submerged in orange juice to prevent browning. Rinse raspberries and slice strawberries.
 - In a large mixing bowl, add all prepared fruits. Toss gently to mix without squishing berries.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh orange juice, and poppyseeds until smooth.
 - Drizzle dressing over mixed fruits and toss gently to coat.
 - If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate for up to six hours.
 - Serve in a glass bowl and garnish with extra poppyseeds or mint if desired.
