For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey Using raw honey enhances flavor richness.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice Lemon juice works for a tart finish.
  • 1 tablespoon Poppyseeds Optional but a lovely garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice green grapes in half and peel and dice the kiwi. Dice apples while submerged in orange juice to prevent browning. Rinse raspberries and slice strawberries.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all prepared fruits. Toss gently to mix without squishing berries.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh orange juice, and poppyseeds until smooth.
  4. Drizzle dressing over mixed fruits and toss gently to coat.
  5. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate for up to six hours.
  6. Serve in a glass bowl and garnish with extra poppyseeds or mint if desired.
