Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and slicing 2 ripe peaches. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the peach slices in a blender until you achieve a puree consistency. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
  2. Next, take approximately 1 inch of fresh ginger and grate it finely using a microplane or a box grater. Sprinkle the grated ginger over the peach mixture, adjusting to your preferred spice level.
  3. Fill your favorite tall glass generously with ice cubes, ensuring they occupy about half the glass. Pour the prepared peach and ginger mixture over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour about 1 cup of sparkling water or your choice of sparkling soda over the peach and ginger mixture. Watch as the sparkling water combines with the ingredients.
  5. Gently stir the mixture with a long spoon or a straw for about 10 seconds to combine all the ingredients without losing too much fizz.
  6. To elevate your mocktail, garnish it with a sprig of fresh mint or a thin peach slice on the rim of the glass.
