- Start by washing and slicing 2 ripe peaches. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the peach slices in a blender until you achieve a puree consistency. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
- Next, take approximately 1 inch of fresh ginger and grate it finely using a microplane or a box grater. Sprinkle the grated ginger over the peach mixture, adjusting to your preferred spice level.
- Fill your favorite tall glass generously with ice cubes, ensuring they occupy about half the glass. Pour the prepared peach and ginger mixture over the ice.
- Slowly pour about 1 cup of sparkling water or your choice of sparkling soda over the peach and ginger mixture. Watch as the sparkling water combines with the ingredients.
