In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream. Stir until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick rectangle. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter or a glass.
Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
