Preparation and Roasting

- Trim the greens off the radishes and rinse them under cold water. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and toss gently.
- Roast the radishes for approximately 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Blending
- Transfer cooled radishes to a food processor, add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and drizzle in olive oil while blending.
- Blend until smooth and adjust texture with more olive oil if necessary.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve with fresh veggies and pita bread.
