- Roll out the Pillsbury pie crust or puff pastry on a clean surface. Cut the dough into 4x4-inch squares.
- Place a chocolate square and a marshmallow in the center of each dough square. Pinch and seal the edges tightly.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat to 350°F.
- Carefully place filled dough squares into the hot oil, frying each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
