Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Fried S’mores Bombs
  1. Roll out the Pillsbury pie crust or puff pastry on a clean surface. Cut the dough into 4x4-inch squares.
  2. Place a chocolate square and a marshmallow in the center of each dough square. Pinch and seal the edges tightly.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat to 350°F.
  4. Carefully place filled dough squares into the hot oil, frying each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the Fried S’mores Bombs from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
