Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the point.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each roll-up.
  8. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
